为什么脚本安装页不内置到脚本猫扩充？ #705

我大概理解你用 chrome.declarativeNetRequest.updateDynamicRules 然后重定向到 docs/script_installation/#url=
再进行安装
那，为什么要外连到 https://docs.scriptcat.org
转至 扩充的页面不行吗？
假如我的网络上不了 https://docs.scriptcat.org，或者 https://docs.scriptcat.org坏了，或者日后https://docs.scriptcat.org转网域了
那么我的脚本猫就无法安装脚本对吧？

扩展页我不确定能不能触发 chrome.webRequest.onResponseStarted，
网络无法访问 https://docs.scriptcat.org 也是可以触发这个事件的貌似不太对，不应该用
onResponseStarted应该用onBeforeSendHeaders/onBeforeRequest之类，网络无法访问确实就会出问题了不知道当时为什么改掉了 0d9ba53 (不过肯定不是为了修bug)

@CodFrm 所以結論是，還是要轉向至 https://docs.scriptcat.org/ 而不能轉向至 擴充的頁面？
