Welcome to PillarTacker. This plugin of Fiji/ImageJ enables user to track pillars with drift correction and visualize the trajectories and deflections. To make it more productivity, some demo scripts in Matlab and Python are provided here as well.

To install PillarTracker, use the Fiji's updater(Help->Update...) and activate the PillarTracker checkbox in Manage update sites.
