This splits the chapters in two to help focus the discussion on each topic, and elaborate with more detail.

I decided to split the chapter in two so that the two topics could be discussed separately in more detail. I've also updated the tests to pass and link into the summary.
The edits I made could use some improvements and editing, but I wanted to get this moving forward.
In particular, I think there should be some more examples, particularly showing things like "this is an example that you should change versus one you shouldn't". In general, it would be helpful to have more guidance to the reader on how to decide what to do.
