A repository building rubies with ruby-install to be used in GitHub Actions.

The action to use the prebuilt rubies is https://github.com/eregon/use-ruby-action

https://github.com/eregon/ruby-install-builder/releases/latest contains all built Rubies.

https://github.com/eregon/ruby-install-builder/blob/metadata/versions.json is the list of currently available versions.

bundler is installed for all Rubies which do not ship it already
