Release 0.30.2: harden package and compatibility checks

Summary

• make package.json the single runtime and MCP version source
• install the packed tarball in a clean temporary consumer and verify all public commands
• test Linux and Windows on Node.js 20 and 24, including dependency auditing
• document existing repository intelligence in English and Chinese
• publish a focused product roadmap informed by the current open-source landscape

Why

The 0.30.1 release required synchronizing three hard-coded runtime versions manually. This removes that drift risk and tests the artifact users actually install, rather than only the source checkout.

Verification

• npm run release:check
• packed codexpro@0.30.2 installed into a clean temporary project
• codexpro --version, codexpro-mcp --version, and codexpro-mcp-http --version all report 0.30.2
• npm audit --audit-level=high: 0 vulnerabilities
