The
expectsContinuesandwriteContinuesmethods must be removed from theResponseandRequestclasses, because it is not compatible with the ResponseInterface and the RequestInterface of PSR-7.This is a preparation for the PSR-7 feature and will be removed temporarily. It will be added in a different way after the PSR-7 features are implemented.
Some of the details are already discussed in #109.
