This is required for correct operation of Task Manager since Plesk 18.0.36. Other notable changes: * Base OS is Ubuntu 20.04. * Almost all Recommended preset components are installed. * 'docker run' now requires additional options for mounts. * The following Dockerfile build arguments are customizable: LICENSE, OS, AI_SOURCE, AI_ARGS, EXT_CATALOG. Only Debian-based OSes supported by Plesk are allowed as OS. * Removed experimental support for external MySQL DB.
Dockerfile (plesk/plesk:latest) already includes all required components.

The new image is required for correct operation since Plesk 18.0.36.
Also removed Dockerfiles for EOL (17.8) and old (18.0) Plesk versions, as well as now obsolete
Dockerfile.tests.
