This PR updates Omarchy for the 3.8.2 release by aligning Hyprland key-dispatch behavior with Hyprland 0.55, improving first-boot install robustness, and moving log uploads to the new hosted endpoint.

https://logs.omarchy.org/, and improve install log collection in live-ISO vs installed contexts. - Make
boot.shfail fast (set -e) and simplify cloning by checking out the desired branch duringgit clone.
