To use

Flash 'nicfw950_flashdump.btf' to the radio
Turn the radio off.
Start the 'Dump950' application
Select the correct COM port
turn the radio on.
Wait for all 4096 blocks to be read. A file "dump.bin" will be created in the folder you ran the app from.

Once all finished, flash the stock firmware back to the radio.

Note this CANNOT RESTORE so don't ask OKAY?
