after manual testing I'm confident it is ready to go. @Clopy will run the automated tests and then this can be merged |

Any tests that we have for add cloud, have passed: Additionally, I see no uwsgi errors, and I can see the machines and images we have on Linode, Azure, EC2, Softlayer and GCE |
