The minio/console repository was updated to use Yarn 4 a while ago (minio/object-browser#3353). This PR will also upgrade the operator to Yarn 4 to stay in sync.
Yarn 4 reported two packages during the audit, so new issues have been raised to solves these issues (these vulnerabilities are not caused by this PR, but they were not reported until now):
@babel/plugin-proposal-private-property-in-object#2146 (will also be fixed by this PR)
