Description
Removed code for Health Check feature, based on previous PR that added it.
Specific Changes
Removed code for health check from ActivityHandler, and supporting classes HealthCheck.java, HealthResult.java, and HealthCheckResponse.java that were only used by the Health Check feature. Removed unit tests for Health Check from ActivityHandler unit tests.
Testing
Ran all unit tests with successful results.
