The fix for #448 doesn't address a select field on a has_many relationship. I am still working on how to implement the fix for this issue, but in the meantime here are some specs. If anyone has an idea on how to fix the has_many relationship senario, feel free to submit a fix. Thanks @markwpearce for your work on this.
