Upgrade Xcode Project and build, first time on MacBook Air M1

This release will now use the Monospace System Font on Catalina (10.15) and up, it'll fallback to the previously used (legacy) Courier Font. Also I've fixed the Font to a Point Size of 24 as there were some issues with the smaller (Preview) font size of half the Pixel-Size being actually shown on the ScreenSaver.
