This was the UI bug that I observed, HITL events are first rendered as not supported and later (on the next poll) shown as normal approval call

Restore server-owned timeline positions for inbound A2A messages so approvals appear after earlier tool activity when conversations reload, removed accidentally in #2939.
UI: Parse pending HITL requests from streamed task snapshots so approval prompts appear immediately instead of waiting for a history poll.
Adds tests for both and in approval flow E2E to avoid future regressions.
