Updates Substrate from `v0.2.0-beta5` to `v0.3.0-alpha1`, including the Go dependency, CI/setup pins, upstream protobuf schema, and generated TypeScript client. The runtime integration now uses `WakeupProbe` and `SnapshotConfig`, and model credentials use `ate-secret://k8s.io/default/<namespace>/<secret>/<key>`. Since alpha1 removes the Tag's source Actor UID, checkpoint validation checks the Tag's template UID against the Actor's snapshot lineage and retains the Actor identity checks before and after the copy. Regression tests cover invalid credential locators, missing or mismatched lineage, and Actor replacement during a checkpoint. Validation: - Full Go suite excluding live E2E passed before the rebase, along with controller envtest, focused race tests, and Go lint. The post-rebase run passed every package except one `TestSandboxTransports` header assertion; three isolated reruns of that test passed. Go lint also passed after the rebase. - Protobuf generation/lint, upstream schema equality, module tidiness, and UI typecheck. - Helm unit tests: 366 tests across 30 suites. - Live Kind tests against alpha1: model credential delivery and checkpoint/fork flows with the kagent harness, plus standalone sandbox lifecycle.
