TimePartitioning object should ideally have "timePartitioning": {

"expirationMs": long,
"field": string,
"requirePartitionFilter": boolean
},
In the current api, there is no support for specifying 'field' and 'requirePartitionFilter' for creating a load job for partitioned tables.
