Utility for manipulating the 2Mbit MOS ROMs for the BBC Master. This is the first, rough and ready, version written in Delphi and migrated to Lazarus (https://www.lazarus-ide.org) so it can be compiled for Windows, macOS and Linux.

The image is based on the Retroclinic 4Mbit MOS ROM supplied with DualOS.
