Plugins window list not readable on Microsoft Windows high DPI/UHD/4K display (3840x2160 resolution)

Plugin window looks like

This is related to:

• issue Icons too small #2063
• maybe? issue Line number is cut at high zoom #2195
• issue Every default window size is too small on Hi-DPI displays #2023

I've only tested under Microsoft Windows 10.

The workaround I'm employing is to:

• right click the shortcut/binary,
• properties
• compatibility (see below)
• Change high DPI settings
• High DPI scaling override enabled, select "System" (see below)

Sadly, this is a wxWidgets issue. Looks like wxListBox "list" part is not scaling as it should.
The only fix I see here (without waiting for wxWidgets to fix this) is to replace wxListBox with clDataViewListCtrl which scales properly
