- Add Python 3.14 and PyPy 3.11 support - Resolve merge conflicts favoring existing Mimeogram content - Adopt template's Omniexception base class from frigid.exceptions - Preserve Mimeogram-specific functionality (imports, test utilities, README sections) - Update gitignore to use template's cleaner structure - Add new template files (architecture docs, vulturefood.py, etc.) - Remove deprecated configuration files (claude/gemini settings)

- Remove copier-update-data.yaml from .gitignore - Remove duplicate dependencies from pyproject.toml (absence, dynadoc, frigid, emcd-appcore) - Fix frigid import placement: move from manual section to Copier injection block
