Migrates the Product Requirements Document (PRD) and design documentation to OpenSpec Markdown format in `documentation/architecture/openspec/specs/falsifier`. Removes the obsolete `documentation/prd.rst`.

Looks good, but left some feedback.
- Updated `design.md` to use generic "the library" terminology. - Corrected minimum supported Python version to 3.10+ in `design.md`. - Confirmed no residual design files needed deletion.
Removed `documentation/architecture/openspec/specs/falsifier/design.md` as requested, since there was no corresponding original design document to migrate.
Updated `documentation/architecture/openspec/specs/falsifier/spec.md` to use generic "the library" terminology, consistent with `design.md` changes.
