Luis Cavalcante

IT Support Analyst → Backend & AI Developer | Python | SQL

I work in IT support and infrastructure, and I'm building my path toward backend development with Python, focused on data and AI integration. I hold a degree in Systems Analysis and Development and I'm currently studying Data Science and Artificial Intelligence.

I'm currently studying Python, SQL (PostgreSQL) and REST APIs. I have previously worked with Java.

What I bring from support

Working in support gave me daily practice in troubleshooting and incident handling in a real production environment. I also built an automation for ticket creation that integrates email, AI and the GLPI REST API using n8n.
