Recognize many of the book abbreviations that LOGOS supports and where possible support 2 letter abbreviations. Also allow for optional period at end of book abbreviation. Add support for new chapter and verse delimiters. Including: - James 1. 1 -> James 1:1 - James 1. 1, 2, 3 -> James 1:1-3
