Should not be merged ATM because bids-standard.org does not redirect, only www.bids-standard.org

What does that mean? If we use bids-standard.org again it doesn't have to redirect, no? Can you explain this to me?

This PR replaces all hardcoded URLs to lead to bids-standard.org domain, so if we make it our main TLD (top level domain) -- there would be no redirects etc.
