enough log frameworks (slf4j / log4j), we'll remove log4j in v2 and only use slf4j (also for tests: slf4j-simple)

We have enough log frameworks (slf4j / log4j), removing logback and use log4j
In v2, we'll use only slf4j and slf4j-simple. log4j/logback will be implementations for the logging module, nothing else.
