We discovered in a pristine Windows machine (e.g. using an image from Azure market place), some registry path will be non-existing. This broken the Remove-RegistryEntries function. This PR fixes that by checking if the registry paths actually exist, just like what is done with uninstallRegistrySections a few lines below.
