Who these terms cover.

These terms apply to the public website at getbyte.tech, operated under the project name GetByte. Contact contact@getbyte.tech with questions about these terms or a resource.

Public resources and their limits.

GetByte provides a browser-based messaging builder, examples, a nine-step launch checklist and editorial software resources. The builder assembles templates from four facts you enter: product, audience, problem and outcome. It produces three editable starting points: a launch brief, landing-page copy and an outreach email.

Outputs are starting copy, not researched or verified assessments. Check claims, permissions and suitability before publishing or sending anything. The public builder does not send outreach, publish pages or run an AI API. A planned Claude launch companion remains in development and is not connected to this website.

Saving and keeping your work.

Choose Save on this device to store a named draft or checklist progress in this browser on this device. Saving is optional. Saved work can be restored in the same browser and removed with the clear controls.

There is no account, authentication backend, server database for drafts or sync between devices. Clearing browser data, changing browsers or losing access to the device can remove access to saved work. Copy or export the material you want to keep; browser storage is not a backup service.

Email requests and manual services.

Contact links open a mail app. The customer access page prepares a request; it does not authenticate you or create an account. Review and send the email yourself. An enquiry does not book a service or confirm access.

Manual founder support requires a separate written agreement with the operator on scope, exact deliverables, format, any charges and delivery. Service examples on the website are possible scopes to discuss. No purchase or subscription is completed on this website.

Launch preparation and manual support do not guarantee traffic, responses, sales, investment or editorial inclusion.

Using the material.

You may read, print and adapt GetByte’s public guides and templates for your own product work. You may edit and use the builder’s outputs in your landing page or outreach. You are responsible for the material you enter and publish.

Do not resell the complete resource collection as your own publication, redistribute the complete website without permission or use GetByte’s branding to imply affiliation. Do not impersonate others, use unlawful material or interfere with the website. Third-party product names and materials belong to their owners.

External products and accuracy.

Directory links lead to independent providers with their own access requirements, pricing, terms and privacy practices. A listing is an editorial reference. GetByte does not operate the listed products or guarantee their availability, suitability or security.

Resources may contain errors or become outdated. Verify important facts with the relevant provider and report corrections by email. The editorial policy explains the scope of source reviews.

Availability and changes.

GetByte may revise or remove public resources. To the extent permitted by applicable law, they are provided as available without warranties. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
