I cant tell how well they work yet as i have only just got them, so i will write a review a bit later on in the process … what i can say is only positive so far... i had an email showing the package held at customs as there was a fee ..which i paid, however i emailed them straight away and they got back to me the next day apologising.. then paid me back within an hour .. Paula was the lady i heard from and she honestly couldn't have handled the situation any better .. so for now i am very happy 👍😁🤞

At the end of September i turned 60yrs and my usual auto renew pre-pay subscription that i have been using for 7+years and never missed stopped but NOT in September! It stopped in April obviously i hadn't noticed until i received a letter ( not in April when missed) they waited until October … now the letter accuses you of claiming free prescriptions fraudulently! I called nhsbsa straight away and said this was a total accident and could i pay the amounts missed then.. i was advised that i couldnt and would have to wait until i received other paperwork… well that day came a week ago when i received a penalty notice letter for the amount of £59 i was just about to pay when i received a second notice letter this was for another £59 plus a fine of £118.80 total payment of £236.80 🤯this has to be paid by 23 Dec 24 or i would incur further penalty's.. ive tried over and over to express that i have no money and am not working and that this was an accident.. after 4-emails to some sort of repeating robot im told over and over i fraudulently claimed free prescriptions and again telling me to pay up or ill be charged more!! What an appalling way to treat people !! Nhs you should be ashamed 🤬😡

ordered flowers vase and card to be delivered yesterday £48's worth and only used the service because they offered same day delivery this was at 12.30 pm.. assumed all was ok.. then received an email at 17.30 to let me Know that they weren't able to complete my purchase but not to worry as a full refund should be back in my account within 2-5 days!!! here's a thought Eflorist make sure you can provide the service before you take clients money!!! i tried to call them but weirdly they shut at 16.00? they were ok to send the email at 17.30 though?!!!
