I ordered this massager to help with my back only to find out from my neurosurgeon that this will cause more harm than good. I refused the order when it finally came in. I haven't received a refund yet! Do not order this massager without consulting your doctor first!

Good product

My order arrived quickly in good condition. Easy to use! I use it every day for a minimum of 15 minutes! Helps alot with my back pain and my sciatica is not quite as bad as it was a week ago!

Needs to be better

It needs to get warmer & needs to stay on one vibrating setting & Controls are hard to reach while using it.
The patches come off after a couple of hours.

EFFECTIVE HOME CHIROPRACTY

The whole idea is great. I have an issue with turning on the device. After charging, I hold down the power button, but it does not start. I've tried short jabs vs holding down for a longer period, but it still doesn't come to life.

The other device must be unplugged from power source to turn off🌺

If you are using our SmoothSpine Multi-Therapy Pro, this model is battery-operated. Sometimes, if it won't turn on after charging, it is because of a built-in safety feature that prevents it from powering on while it is still plugged into the charger. Please make sure the charging cable is completely disconnected before holding down the power button.

On the other hand, if you are referring to our Triple Fusion Back Massager, this unit is not battery-operated and actually needs to remain plugged directly into a power source to turn on and run.

We hope this helps clarify things for both of your devices! If you still have any trouble getting either one to work exactly as expected, please reach out to our support team directly so we can look into this for you and make things right.

ow back pain issues

I have had low back pain issues for over 30 years.
I have two bulging (L4, L5) disks that have been bothering me. I have other devices that I use, Inversion table and a chirp wheel that give me good relief. This SmoothSpine is just another device that gives me relief when I need it.
