I spilled water on my MacBook and damaged the trackpad. I took it to Apple genius and they told me that it'd cost me over $700 to get it fixed or just get a new MacBook. My MacBook is less than two years old! So I found KombDev and left it with Anthony. I'm so glad that I did!
Knowing that I needed my computer to do work, Anthony worked quickly and tirelessly on fixing my computer. When the parts that he ordered were delayed on route due to hurricane, he took the time to call me and let me know about it. Communication with him was just seamless and effective. When I went to pick up my computer, I got to meet the true genius that saved my laptop and saved me hundreds of dollars -- he is professional, patient, and detail-oriented. And my computer worked just like new. I was so impressed with his skills and really appreciated his work ethics. I would definitely go back to Anthony for any future computer related needs and I would highly recommend KombDev to anyone!

Installation Help
After having a great prior experience, I reached out to Anthony to see if he could help me with a MS Office for Mac install and we got together and with his help and guidance, we were able to install the correct version that I wanted. After the install, he was a font of knowledge about the features of the program and some keyboard shortcuts that I didn't know about. If I have any more problems, there is nobody else I would contact for help. Anthony and KombDev is definitely the best!

Anthony was incredible. He diagnosed the issue, came with the equipment needed to solve the problem and deployed everything in a short amount of time. Since he left, all the prior instability issues I’d been experiencing (and that my ISP could not fix on multiple visits) went away and I’ve had nothing but consistency since. Could not recommend his company’s services highly enough!

I contracted your technician AMD to…
I contracted your technician AMD to visit my home in late June or early July to set up my new computer, and he did an outstanding job. My following feedback reflected my complete satisfaction.
I had some relatively minor computer problems I wanted fixed and called him to set up a remote session, set for this last 6th November 2023. He managed to solve all but one of the problems: the installation of a password management service. So we left that for another day, which we set for the following week on 13th November. During that session his remote software failed several times, and in the end the password software could not be installed because we ran out of time because of the time it took to try repeatedly to get the software to work. I called him back and he agreed to return the following week via a remote session which I understood to be without charge. But he never called back. So I have now paid $79.99 for each of two sessions, or a total of $159.99, of which in effect the second payment for no result at all. I am not at all pleased by this, and am not inclined to contract your services again in the future as a result.

Apologies for any inconvenience you experienced with our service, David. I do recall our remote session and the challenges we faced, such as frequent session disconnections. We worked around this issue during your remote session by switching to our Teleport Service. Additionally, we successfully installed the password manager (Bitwarden) on your computer. I remember the program sending you a verification email, but we couldn't access it because you were unable to log in to your email account due to password entry issues. I recall us trying to get you setup with an alternative email address, but we ran into the same problem with password entries.
