The way people discover entrepreneurship is changing. Podcasts, newsletters, videos, creator-led content... every year, new formats emerge and audiences evolve. YouTube is now the biggest streaming platform on TV by viewing time in the US, a reminder that where people consume content is evolving just as quickly as the content itself. At daphni, we're always looking for new ways to tell the stories behind entrepreneurship. So this time, we teamed up with one of France's sharpest tech YouTubers, Aywen (aka Nicolas Mazurier). The brief was simple (and slightly chaotic): lock Aywen and Marc Simoncini together for 8 days and see if they could build a real AI-native company from scratch. Cameras on. No script. The result? 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜, a new YouTube series that follows entrepreneurs as they build a real company in real time, with all the pivots, debates and surprises that come with it. One month after launch, the first episode has already generated 1M+ impressions across all channels.
