Hosted forms

Publish a form built in the visual builder as a shareable page at formsubmit.app/to/your-form-id.

Don't have a website, or need a quick form for an email campaign, event or QR code? Every form can be published as a hosted page:

How it works

  1. Open your form in the dashboard and design the fields in the Builder tab — text, email, long text, dropdowns, single and multiple choice, checkboxes, dates, file uploads and hidden fields.
  2. In settings, set an optional title, description, submit button label and accent colour for the hosted page.
  3. Share the link. Submissions go through the exact same pipeline as your embedded forms: spam filtering, emails, integrations and retention.

Hosted pages are mobile-friendly, accessible (labels, required markers, keyboard navigation) and include the honeypot and timing spam checks automatically.

Branding

Hosted pages and the hosted thank-you page carry no FormSubmit branding on any plan — just your form, title and accent color.

Quota

A hosted page doesn't count as an extra form — it's the same form with another way in, sharing its monthly submissions.
