Who we are

A small band of humans, building for the understaffed.

Fismbot is six people, a few very good AI models and one stubborn belief: small businesses deserve marketing and technology that feel like they were made for them.

No account managers, no jargon, no twelve-slide decks — just the people who build it, answering your emails.

The human bit

Principles we actually follow

No amount of chrome and render time can hide a company's real beliefs. Here are ours, in plain language — the rules we would want you to hold us to.

Small is the whole point

We build for the business with one pair of hands and a very long to-do list. If it does not save a real person real hours, it does not ship.

No black boxes

You should always be able to see what the AI made, why it made it and how to change it. Magic is lovely. Mystery is not.

Humans stay in the room

The machines do the heavy lifting; people make the calls. Every important decision has a human name attached to it.

We speak plainly

No jargon, no vanity metrics, no twelve-slide decks. We explain things the way we would to a friend over coffee.

Leave it better than we found it

Better content, better tools, better questions. We measure success by how much our customers can do without us.

Serious work, not serious faces

Marketing is stressful enough. We would much rather be useful and a little bit funny than impressive and impossible to reach.
