Our Founder, Kelly Burke, spent over a decade feeling frustrated by the tools available to run her recruiting agency. Eventually, she decided to build her own. She and her team of senior recruiters and engineers spent two years building and refining Harbor privately, making sure it solves their own recruitment challenges before finally opening it up to everyone else.
When I started my recruiting agency - Work In Biotech - I had to piece together 5+ clunky software tools to create my recruiting workflow. So I decided to build my own! After spending a decade in this industry, I know how important it is to have a tool you can trust to deliver and last. The Harbor Chrome extension makes sourcing on LinkedIn a breeze! It gathers all information about candidates, including email addresses, and even allows me to send outreach directly from the extension, saving tons of time.
