There are always problems
There are always problems. I have had four different deliveries arrive at the depot this week and they are all delayed. However there is no way to speak to a human at their customer service. I have started avoiding retailers who use Hermes because this is just not stress I need in my life. I have contacted all different retailers about the deliveries but seems they only have an email to contact them as well. This is seriously the worst. If someone from their CS sees this, please contact me.
