Este sistema de mapas lleva a los conductores en sentido contrario por calles de un solo sentido, los obliga a tomar desvíos innecesarios de 50 km y omite muchísimas direcciones. BMW, Audi y Mercedes deberían dedicarse a fabricar coches y dejar el software de mapas a quienes sí saben lo que hacen... ¡como Google!

After being served my first paid invoice a month ago, I deleted my account. I used their API, but having crossed the paywall, I decided to terminate the bond as soon as they charged me. Great was my astonishment when a month later I received another HERE invoice. The date was 11/15/2025, despite the entire month of inactivity. I don't plan to cover thin air expenses, incurred due to either their lack of a reliable usage tracking system or malice.

I contacted their support with no response. It smells scammy. Such a brazen attitude usually stems from the position of a government contractor, which makes commercial customers less of a priority for a business. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a NAV system map update from HERE.COM for my 2012 Honda CRV on August 12, 2025. The product was immediately shipped, but upon receipt the product is a 2021 MAP update indicating Q419. Only an idiot would pay $100 for an obsolete 4 year old map update and I am completely shocked that this was not indicated when I entered my VIN and system information from the car.

Je vois que je ne suis pas le premier à rencontrer des problèmes avec Here Technologie enfin pour résumer mon histoire, je passe commande le 23 mars 2025 d'une mise à jour pour une Peugeot 208 Allure de 2013 mais pensant acheter une clé USB pour remettre mon système de navigation en place, on m'informe chez Here Technologie que ce n’est qu’une mise à jour France pour 99€ qui ne me servira à rien car il faudra que je me rende chez un concessionnaire Peugeot, ce qu’au départ, je voulais éviter car beaucoup très cher.
J'ai expliqué à une collaboratrice de Here Technologie qui parle très bien français, mon problème et elle m'a dit qu'elle mettait tout en œuvre pour qu'on me rembourse cette mise à jour, mais surprise, il fallait d'abord envoyer des photos de l'écran sans la carte navigation dès fois que je raconterais des âneries, puis 2 jours après encore d’autres photos avec cette fois-ci les sous menus pour qu'à la fin ou vous explique pas de remboursement, pourquoi me faire perdre du temps, elle me disait, vous avez fait une erreur en commandant notre mise à jour, c’est pour vos pieds et au revoir monsieur mais non, on vous demande des photos, des infos pour rien puisque leur décision est déjà prise pas de remboursement.
Je préfère prévenir de futurs clients faites-vous vérifier que votre achat permettra de remettre en route le système navigation car apparemment cela arrive assez fréquemment et ils vous vendent le remède à moindre cout mais pour rien, ils vous ont pris votre argent et ils se dédouanent en vous demandant des infos et des photos que beaucoup ne feront pas, pour ne pas annuler votre commande de la veille.
Je perds 99€ puisque je n'en aurais aucune utilité, mais je leur reproche de ne pas avoir clairement dit dès le départ, pas de remboursement au lieu de me faire perdre mon temps.
Chapeau bas HERE TECHNOLOGIE pour une boite qui se dit à l'écoute des clients comme mentionné sur votre site internet, bravo ne changez rien, vous êtes sur la bonne voie pour développer votre société d’ailleurs comptez sur moi pour vous faire de la publicité.
Un client qui n'est pas satisfait des services de Here Technologie.

Purchased a 2023 map update for the UConnect maps in my Jeep Cherokee prior to a road trip to BC. Maps were missing named but unpaved roads that have existed for decades - and show up in Google Maps. Waste of $200+ CDN dollars.

Commande passée il y a 6 semaines non reçue, HERE ne rembourse pas.

When I uploaded that new maps yesterday, my car shut off; and it will not come back on again. I have talked to Acura, the dealership, and Here, and the least help was from Here. She told me four or five times that it wasn’t related to my engine, but what else could it be with a car that has never had even one issue except for what happened in the DVD downloads process?! The CSR was condescending and talked to me as if I was stupid. I wish I had not bought this package from Here!

I have flagged erroneous and potentially dangerous issues with their maps multiple times with no response or corrections on their part.

After installing the $150.00 Navigation update on my Chrysler the GPS couldn't find addresses on older streets in our area. It didn't even work as well as the pre-updated GPS. I called HERE and was told there was nothing they could do and to call Chrysler. Of course when I called Chrysler, they said it was a navigation problem and to call HERE. Bottom line, DO NOT BUY A HERE MAP PRODUCT!!!

As of this date (01/03/2024), I have yet to receive a refund of $110.16 for the return of a map update module. I shipped the module on 11/27/2023 and it was received by Here Technologies Map Update Center on 11/28/2023. The customer service representative stated that I would receive the refund in 8-12 business days.
On December 15th, I contacted Here Technologies and requested the status of my refund. In my discussion with the representative, I was informed that the refund failed to be processed. In speaking with a manager/supervisor, I was assured that the refund would be processed in another 8-12 days.
At this point in time, I believe that information provided by Here representatives was misleading, ineffective, and unprofessional.

Paid £89 for update for Vauxhall Corsa SatNav, quoted VIN etc. software for Opel Corsa sent- incompatible. Sent back for replacement or refund. Emailed repeatedly. No answer yet, after a month.

Als trotse eigenaar van een BMW verwacht je niets minder dan perfectie, maar de grafisch prachtige navigatie van Here bewijst dat zelfs in een wereld van geavanceerde technologie, teleurstelling op de loer ligt. Het is een ware oefening in geduld, met verkeersinformatie die schijnbaar in een ander tijdperk is blijven steken, waardoor omrijden meer regel dan uitzondering is. Een gedeelde ergernis onder BMW-rijders, zo blijkt. Het is bijna ironisch dat in deze hoogwaardige bolide, de oplossing een eenvoudige app op mijn telefoon is: Waze (eigendom van Google), die zonder falen zijn werk doet. Nog frustrerender is de radiostilte van BMW en Here op klachten. Een pijnlijke misstap voor een merk dat bekendstaat (-stond?) om zijn kwaliteit. BMW: luister naar je klanten en Here: zet een systeem op waarbij gebruikers als ik belangrijke route-informatie kunnen doorgeven.

Do not buy a map update from Here. It adds more time to every trip and takes me on back roads whenever I try to use it. Called customer service and asked for a refund because it is useless; they would only give me 30%.
DO NOT BUY - A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Clumbsy old technology to download. Only want south of England but need to have all of UK, all of Europe and all of Russia.
£89 for 1 year for naps and live traffic (using my data) is expensive. Have since found TomTom at £19 per year so will be using that via Apple CarPlay in future.

I have a 2018 Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. Ordered the map upgrade from HERE. Software update they sent appears to have worked. Map update failed and now no access to my Map Navigation system. HERE support said we have a new update for the Grand Cherokee and sent it to me. Same result and was told I would have to go to the dealer to get it fixed. My Jeep Dealership said the Navigation maps are corrupted from the HERE software and it can’t be fixed. Cost me $199 and was told the only way to get my Navigation maps back was to replace the whole U-Connect radio. Price $800. Do not use HERE map updates. At least not for Grand Cherokee with the 8.4 U-Connect system. Thanks for nothing!

Update werkt niet, 2 garages geweest maar die weten het ook niet. Talloze telefoontjes en mails verder en nog geen geld terug. Alleen maar verzoeken om overal foto van te sturen.
