Please note that all prices are in CAD
Payment will be split between a 50% deposit upfront, and 50% upon completion.
Payment will be either by via PayPal invoice or E-transfer.
What will the Process be like?
1. You fill out the form, and I get back to you asap! Typically within 3 business days.
2. I’ll send a PayPal invoice for a 50% non-refundable deposit, or you’re welcome to pay via e-transfer.
3. I get you a digital sketch after receiving your deposit.
4. After incorporating any of your feedback and getting your full approval on the sketch, I begin painting, and I’ll send you photos for feedback and approval upon completion.
5 Once the final 50% payment has been received, revisions are complete, and the painting is fully dry (usually 2–3 weeks after completion, depending on size), I will carefully pack your painting, insure it in full, and ship it to you.
Free local pickup is available in Ottawa (Rideau Centre) or Downtown Guelph, depending on my location at the time :)
What's your timeline like?
I’m happy to provide a more specific estimated shipping date once you reach out. On average, turnaround time is about 1 month. Smaller pieces are usually ready sooner, while larger pieces take a bit more time. Please also keep in mind that I’m a student and that shipping delays can occasionally occur!

Terms and Conditions
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin and covers materials and preparation.
- Unlimited revisions are included during the sketch stage.
- Once the final painting is approved and completed, refunds are not available.
- The remaining balance is due upon completion, before shipping or pickup. Shipping costs will be included in the final invoice.
- The artist retains the right to use images of the artwork for portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise agreed.
- The artist reserves the right to refuse or discontinue a commission if the subject matter or prompt makes them feel uncomfortable; in such cases, the deposit remains non-refundable.
