I purchased 2 bottles and had a £10 discount code which says could be added at checkout but it went straight to pay and when I contacted customer service I was told to send code which I couldn't so I lost 200 points and this isn't the first time it's happened the vodka itself is a 5 Star but customer service is not

I ordered 2 boxes of boss t shirts with 3 each t shirts in a box when they arrived 1 box was all burst and t shirts were lying at.bottom of the bag your packaging method is shocking .I had purchased them to put away for Christmas this year but had to give them to my son as I would.never give a gift with the box all sellotaped!!!!!!!!!!!

I love the vodka but just want to know when my rewards points will be added I should have well over 200 and there sitting at 56 and my £5 discount code didnt work last time but it took the 100 points and theres not even a number to phone I'm not happy
