After so much paperwork, time and requesting docs from the courthouse like a marriage certificate etc. and paying for expediting. I was told that my property was worth less than the appraisal value and so 3 week down this rabbit hole I was told that I did not qualify. The title company lady was supper rude. They first approved me and then they did not. Very dissapointed!

Ease of use, process is simple and moves at a quick pace

Everyone was quick to get back to me whenever I had a question. Also the process was quick and easy.

Prior to submitting an application, I told the representative all the details regarding my situation. Supposedly, he went to the loan officer and asked if I was qualified for their equity program. He came back and said yes. I promptly submitted the application with all the documentation. After no communication for a week despite my text and voice messages, I received a denial letter. It stated that my property was ineligible and had insufficient equity. They offer no further explanation. They did not tell me upfront that my property was not eligible - I specifically asked if it was a candidate. Also, my property has 67% of the equity free. I do not understand this decision and why they wasted my time.

Horrible experience with this company. Rep Sung W. was incompetent. She assured us we were in good hands but that was a total lie.

Daniel was very informative and helpful explaining the process. Christina my processor was through and very organized. The whole process was seamless and quick.

When we called we were unable to reach a human - not much trust there. The AI refused to remove us from their unsolicited junk mail list. Environmentally unsound invasion of our privacy, and a bit of a bully. Wouldn't encourage me to do business with them.
