Excellent customer service
I recently ordered a set of Boc'n'roll and Snack'n'go food wraps from Roll'eat to surprise my girlfriend.
As with my previous orders from them, the order was dispatched quickly, and I was kept up to date via email.
After two weeks, however, I still hadn't received my order, so I contacted them. They looked up the tracking number for me, and informed me that the parcel had, in fact, been delivered the week before and had been signed for in my girlfriend's name.
I entered the tracking number myself on Parcelforce's website, and the "signature" was nothing more than her initial and surname in plain text. The "proof of delivery" photo wasn't my front door, and even stranger, it was just a photo of the parcel being held up in front of a closed front door, conveniently with the house number obscured.
Either the parcel was delivered to the wrong address and taken in by a dishonest person, or it was allegedly "delivered" to my address, then taken home by the delivery person themselves. Either way, Parcelforce screwed up on this.
I contacted Roll'eat about this, and they have been absolutely stellar in resolving this for me. Their email responses have been prompt and courteous, and they even offered to send the order out again to my new address, as I was in the middle of moving to another country, to ensure I would get the parcel this time without any hassle or further delay.
In summary, not only are their eco friendly products great, their customer support is outstanding too, solving a problem they weren't even responsible for.
