Your prices are steep but your quality is pretty good; I had 2 caps that wouldn’t fit this time so that’s a disappointment. Otherwise, yours are the ones I recommend to everyone who asks.

I have 3 Lpbins now. Great storage and easy access for your vinyl albums. I only have a couple small complaints about my order for my most recent purchase.

1. The Lpbin is shipped in 2 different packages (maybe from different locations?). The packages arrived about a week apart.

2. The first package with the frames arrived with some slight damage. One corner of the frame where the caster slides in had damage to the plastic grommet and it fell apart. I didn't notice this until I was too far into the assembly to stop. I'm not sure what the process is to resolve the issue but whatever it is (short of sending me a new Lpbin) would not be something I was willing to do. I did not want to disassemble the Lpbin and send anything back or even wait for a new grommet and remove all the vinyl to replace it so one caster has no plastic grommet on it.

Other than that, this is a great record storage system and I will be ordering another one soon.

This is exactly what I found a year ago when looking for a record bookcase i.e. The help on the phone with suggestions, answers to ALL of my questions, with not being put on hold once so they could research an answer for me was all second to none and extremely rare these days.
The price, yes, is on the high end but as the saying goes, "you get what you paid for" and I have zero regrets about shelling out that amount of money for a beautiful and well built piece of furniture like this.
Thank you to everyone at LPBin, especially John. I could simply not have been more impressed and a year later, been happier with my decision to buy from you.

Love this cabinet. Looks better than I imagined. Put it together by myself in an hour tops. Can't beat it for the price.

Prompt service loaded boxes into my vehicle. all around a good experience. product is heavy duty, rolls nice, and is as advertised. a little taller than I expected, great height for flipping through my collection. Two-person assembly always works Better than one. I recommend this product and very happy with my purchase. I also purchased the none slip mats that go with it. Well worth it also, I will most likely purchase a second one as my collection of albums has overtaken the one. This item is being used in a finished basement.
