Once the inspection is complete, Imfuna turns that raw site information into clear, consistent reports and structured data. Users can generate Level 2 and Level 3 residential survey reports, inventories, check-ins/check-outs, mid-term inspections, dilapidations and more, all from the same system. Templates and wording can be standardised across teams and branches, so every report follows the same structure, style and level of detail, regardless of who carried out the inspection. Because the data is stored in the cloud, organisations can go beyond one-off reports. Imfuna provides a high-quality inspection history that can feed dashboards, compliance tracking and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes – whether for a single building, a regional portfolio or national housing stock. Over time, this helps clients see patterns in defects and repairs, prioritise budgets, and make better decisions about the condition and performance of their assets. Imfuna is designed to reduce friction for everyone involved in the inspection process. Inspectors spend less time retyping notes, chasing missing photos or fixing formatting in reports. Admin and management teams gain better visibility of workload, quality and risk. End clients – whether homeowners, tenants, landlords or institutional owners – receive reports that are easier to read and understand, with clear evidence to support decisions and reduce disputes around deposits, damage and remedial works. Repeated Failed Promises and Not a Bespoke Platform

We purchased Imfuna on the basis that it was presented to us as a bespoke solution tailored to our business, our workflow and our reporting format. In reality, our experience has been that we received access to a standard multi-tenant SaaS platform with a modified template, rather than a genuinely bespoke app or reporting system.

Over the past three years, the platform has been affected by recurring bugs, repeated regressions following software updates, and ongoing workflow issues that significantly increase the time required to produce reports. Problems that have previously been fixed often reappear after updates, while new issues continue to be introduced. We have experienced report generation errors, missing data, settings being reset, and functionality that directly impacts our ability to deliver reports efficiently to clients.

The most disappointing part has been the repeated promises that issues would be resolved. We have had numerous conversations, provided detailed issue lists, screenshots, videos and examples, and attended meetings where assurances were given that progress would be made. Despite this, the same cycle has continued: Imfuna acknowledge the issues, promise action, ask for further information, and then fail to deliver meaningful progress.

This pattern has continued even after direct involvement from the CEO. We were given assurances that the outstanding problems would be addressed quickly and properly, but months later we remain in essentially the same position, with many of the same problems still occurring and further issues now being introduced through updates.

The software has also become a barrier to growing our business. The number of workarounds required means we have had to create our own training documents and videos simply to teach staff how to use the platform consistently. That is not what we expected from a system sold as bespoke and designed to improve efficiency.

Most recently, we requested a straightforward update to our branding, including our logo, fonts and company colours, and were quoted £1,700 for what should be relatively simple amendments.

After three years of unresolved issues, repeated failed assurances and no sustained progress, our confidence in the platform is extremely low. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Imfuna to any business looking for a reliable, bespoke or dependable reporting platform.

Great Team! Nicks always brilliant on on the ball. App works offline, unlike some of the new systems where you have to use it online firms. It's not over complicated. Nice and easy to use.

App is awful

App is awful, Non-intuitive and stuttering, random crashes and data loss.

Spend over an hour creating a detailed inspection only for the App to closedown and lose all the information I've entered.

After sending the Inspection to the PC the images are either missing or corrupted, Think it's time to look elsewhere

Your reply is incredibly disingenuous as if there were no such issues, why would you have updated the app very soon after with a fix for this issue?

Why would I need to be using the same email on here that I did on Imfuna? I think you are trying to distance yourselves in order to call my review a fake and have it removed.
