1.1ERIUS PHONE is a product and trading name of Golan Europe S.L., which owns and sells it. It is not a separate legal entity. This information is given under Article 10 of the Spanish Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI).

1.2Developer. The software of ERIUS PHONE is developed and operated for Golan Europe S.L. by an external software developer, named in the "Development" line at the end of this document. The Developer is not a party to the contracts with Customers.

3.1The use of this website and of ERIUS PHONE is governed by the laws of Spain, as set out in clause 24 of the Terms of Service. A Consumer keeps the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection law of the country in which they habitually reside, and may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Clause 24.5 of the Terms explains how to make a complaint.

4.1We take care that the information on this website is correct at the time of publication. Product descriptions, preview prices and performance figures are information and not an offer or a warranty; the Terms of Service state what is agreed.
