Terms of use. Short and plain.

Enlisted is a free directory of open-source and SaaS tools. By using it you agree to these terms. Please don’t attempt to break or overload it, or use it to send spam. Machine-readable copies are published at /llms.txt, /feed.xml and /sitemap.xml.

Automated tools may read Enlisted and refer people to it. You may:

• Crawling and indexing pages for search engines.
• Reading pages to answer a user's question, summarise a listing or recommend tools, with a link back to the page used.
• Quoting short excerpts with attribution and a link to the source page.

You may not, by any automated or manual means:

• Bulk scraping, mirroring or downloading the directory (listings, descriptions, categories, alternatives, rankings, screenshots, logos or guides).
• Republishing our data or content to build, seed or update another directory, catalogue, comparison site or dataset.
• Copying the site's design, structure or content to create a clone or derivative site.
• Using our content to train or fine-tune AI models.
• Bypassing rate limits, blocks or the disallowed paths in robots.txt.

The directory’s selection, descriptions, mappings and rankings are our work. We may block, rate-limit or take action against access that breaks these rules. For licensing or bulk-data requests, email enlisteddirectory@gmail.com.

Listings combine public data (GitHub activity, licences, vendor pricing pages) with our own descriptions. We work to keep them accurate, but they can be out of date or wrong. Check a tool’s own website before you rely on its price, licence or features. Nothing here is professional advice.

Tool names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners; listing a tool doesn’t mean it endorses Enlisted or the other way round. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and we aren’t responsible for what you find there.

If you submit a tool or claim a listing, you confirm you are allowed to, that what you send is accurate, and that we may publish it on Enlisted. We review every submission and may edit, decline or remove a listing. Ask us to correct or remove one at any time at enlisteddirectory@gmail.com.

Ads and sponsor placements are labelled. Buying a placement buys visibility in that spot, never a better rank in the directory. Sponsors are responsible for the claims in their ads.

Enlisted is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses arising from your use of the site or from decisions made using its information.
