You just replied to him. Welcome to Discussionville. Population: you. ;)

Missy Palmer

[edit]

Technically Missy Palmer is not part of the Brother's Chaps. She should either have a seperate article or be merged into Marzipan. --FlareNUKE 13:12, 7 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I disagree. I don't think Missy is quite notable enough for her own article; it's appropriate for her content to be here, especially since she's Mike's wife. Additionally, it makes more sense for her to be part of an article with the real people behind Homestar Runner than in the article for Marzipan. —C.Fred (talk) 16:56, 7 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I think one paragraph will do. A whole section feels out of place. --(trogga) 23:34, 28 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

one of the them just had a kid —Preceding unsigned comment added by 92.236.44.33 (talk) 20:56, 7 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hoosiers

[edit]

I've found information about the brothers being born and going to school in Georgia but nothing about Indiana. What part of their life was spent in Indiana? --Twintone 18:34, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I think they were born and grew up, at least for a little while, in Indiana. —BazookaJoe 20:24, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
So you don't have a source for the information? —C.Fred (talk) 23:30, 22 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Yup, I found them. [1] says Don Chapman (father) moved from Indianapolis to Atlanta in 1980. His youngest child was born in 1976. This checks out with Club Aquatica Interview, where Matt Chapman says they are born Hoosiers. —BazookaJoe 11:20, 23 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Missy Chapman

[edit]

Why does she still name as Palmer it should be chapman because she married mike chapman —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 71.252.59.66 (talkcontribs) 17:37, 19 June 2006.

I presume we have a source that she's kept her maiden name? —C.Fred (talk) 23:13, 19 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
There is one toon that came out well after their marriage in which she is credited as Missy Palmer. If I find it, I'll let you know. —BazookaJoe 00:16, 20 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Found it. It is confirmed to be Melissa Palmer, in TBC's father's obituary. —BazookaJoe 02:30, 20 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Contradiction

[edit]

There is a line which says:

  • it is unknown if she [the little girl] is also a daughter of one of the Chapmans' siblings.

However this contradicts the one above it which says:

  • [the little girl] is the daughter of one of the Chapmans' other siblings.

Which is correct?

Booksworm Talk to me! 10:08, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Both are correct about Other Little Girl and Little Girl, respectively. —C.Fred (talk) 02:47, 26 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, it says the very, very little girl from way before July 2007 is believed to be mike and missy's daughter but it also says that on July 2007 the birth of their first child was announced on the site Tyler9090 21:20, 2 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Other Little Girl

[edit]

The "Other Little Girl" is actually a daughter of Matt, or Mike, and Missy. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by RocketMaster (talkcontribs) 19:27, 29 July 2006 (UTC).[reply]

Don't you mean the "Very, Very Little Girl"? The "Other Little Girl" is probably one of their nieces. VVLG is probably the baby of Mike and Missy. See HRWiki:Very, Very Little Girl and its talk page for more information. —BazookaJoe 20:14, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Right, i forgot. Sorry I meant to say Very Little Girl. Your Friendly Neighborhood Rocket Master 14:42, 19 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
All three references to the 'little girls' don't seem particularly relevant (or 'encyclopedic' as other wikipedians would put it). Perhaps instead of linking to info on each one simply say 'relatives also make appearances' etc, or 'various members of the family assist' - providing a link to their father's assistance? - AlKing464 10:16, 2 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Removed line

[edit]

In the (overly long_ speculation that the Bros. have an interest in "death Metal," I removed this line

"Other musical references include an appearance made by the hardcore punk band Black Flag's lead singer Henry Rollins in Episode 5 of Teen Girl Squad."

There's no proof that it's supposed to be Henry Rollins in that particular 'toon, and it's not pertinent to the article, so I'm taking it out.

Heavy metal fans?

[edit]

There's a sentence in the article saying: "The brothers may or may not be heavy metal fans." This always evaluates to true as far as I know, so it doesn't make any sense to say it. Should it be rephrased or removed?

Merge Harmless Junk, Inc into this article

[edit]

I think it makes sense: the other is a stub, with no notability beyond its relation to the brothers. Also would help bolster this article for GA status. Judgesurreal777 05:50, 3 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Working with telltale games

[edit]

TBC are working alongside TellTale games, should this be added to the article?--Kilikman (talk) 12:38, 3 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Facebook Account

[edit]

I'm not sure if anyone else has seen it, but I just found their Facebook account --184.1.97.4 (talk) 07:08, 27 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's a fan account. But http://www.brotherschaps.com/ is actually them.
