Eritrea‘s history didn’t only cover Axumite kingdom but also the Kingdom of punt of which Eritrea was part of from 2500BC until 1000bc, the DMT kingdom and Adulite-Aksumite kingdom. Please update that — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2003:CB:4F24:5000:E1B3:D5CC:3C4F:4BFA (talk) 14:56, 10 April 2024 (UTC)
Incorrect label for type of government
[edit]The article says, "Eritrea is one of the least developed countries. It is a unitary one-party presidential republic in which national legislative and presidential elections have never been held."
I think the word "republic" should be removed or replaced. If (as the sentence states), "national legislative and presidential elections have never been held", then it's not a republic. 74.98.11.205 (talk) 19:51, 7 March 2024 (UTC)

Update to Sport section with Biniam Girmay's two Tour de France stage wins
[edit]Maybe Wikipedia folks are waiting to see if Girmay wins other stages or holds onto the Green jersey, but this guy is a KING in Eritrea right now. Two stage wins do far! Hopefully it will be updated soon. 2601:14B:C301:3300:E930:66B9:2573:2135 (talk) 10:44, 11 July 2024 (UTC)
