The 2023–24 Kansas Lady Jayhawks basketball team represented the University of Kansas during the 2023–24 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Jayhawks were led by ninth-year head coach Brandon Schneider and played their home games at the Allen Fieldhouse as members of the Big 12 Conference.[1]

Previous season

The Jayhawks finished the season 25–11, 9–9 in Big 12 play to finish in seventh place. As the seventh seed in the Big 12 Tournament, they lost to TCU in the first round. They were invented to the WNIT, where they defeated Western Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, Arkansas, Washington and Columbia to win the WNIT.
