Promotion of Esmée Denters discography
editHi. A couple of questions:
Possibly showing my ignorance here, but surely if an article is B-class in one WikiProject, surely it's B-class everywhere?
I've not written a GA before, and I'd quite like to nominate piri once it's been through DYK (and very, very possibly through FA). What's missing from it? Launchballer 13:19, 19 March 2023 (UTC)
- Hi! I rated the article B-class as that was suggested by the bot. Usually yes, it should be B-class everywhere (though I noticed in some cases with song articles they may be C-class instead of B-class).
- I took a quick glance at the article and it looks well-structured so it should be ready for GA. However, for both GA and FA reviewers will focus on the prose, the quality of the sources included in the article as well as making sure that sources cite what is being said. Hope that helped! editing an official artist page
editHi, Sebi! I work as a talent manager for a Romanian artist. He has a wikipedia page, but not all the information presented there is accurate. How can we update his page, in a formal and fast manner?
Thank you in advance for your reply. Bogdana Simina85 (talk) 11:47, 5 July 2023 (UTC)
- Hello, Simina! I am not sure why you've asked me about this but I'll try to help. As you've stated that you represent an artist, you have a conflict of interest which you need to disclose. You therefore need to make an edit request on the talk page of the subject's article to ask for any changes to be made to the article (see more at WP:MAKINGEREQ). I don't know much about conflicts of interest but I hope this helps. Regards, Sebbirrrr (talk) 22:19, 5 July 2023 (UTC)
- Hi, thank you so much for your reply. I don't want to be the person making the edits. Me and my team can provide the info and someone else can do it. Would that work? Simina85 (talk) 13:49, 6 July 2023 (UTC)
- Hello again. I'm afraid that the only way to do it is requesting for the edits to be made on the talk page of the subject's article as someone else will implement the edits that you requested. Like I've already mentioned, I'm not too familiar with conflicts of interest so I recommend giving Wikipedia:Conflict of interest a thorough read as you may find what you're looking for over there. Regards, Sebbirrrr (talk) 18:09, 6 July 2023 (UTC)
