Dana was an amazing red head girl,israeli-brazilian, only 22, but surrounded by many who loved her. She was a first year communication student, at Sapir College - Sha'ar Ha-Negev, always the best student in class, spending a lot of time volunteering and teaching kids.
She was the most beautiful flower that bloomed in our garden. Always with a big smile, a sweet smile and bright eyes. A true sun that shined on our lives.
Innocent and naive like someone who wanted the best for everyone, always willing to help, unwilling to hurt a single soul, scolding whoever mistakenly stepped on the smallest ant.
Dana had the curiosity of someone who had just started to discover the world, and yet the maturity of a best friend and an amazing partner. And a smile you cannot forget.
Dana lived with Amir Ragolsky in Amir parents’ back yard at Moshav Netiv Ha-Sa'ara. They were a beautiful couple, which built their own little nest and paid the highest price anyone can pay for living in Israel.
She was killed by a mortar shell fired from Gaza, that hit her as she arrived home after a full day of studies.
Many groups took responsability for the attach , including Hamas, Fatah and Jihad.
She left a brother (Orian 18) a sister (Sharon 23), father (Natan 53 ) and mother (Perla 50), many familian that she never knew, that live in Brazil and a lot of friends in many many places all over the world.
We all miss her a lot...
