Junior Software Consultant - Adfinity

As a Software Consultant, you will play a key role in our clients’ software ecosystem. At the crossroads of development, data management and technical consultancy, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability and integration of our solutions, particularly Adfinity.

Every day is different: one day you might be developing an interface between two applications; the next, analysing the performance of a database or helping a client resolve a technical challenge.

And unlike the long-term management of a single client, your sphere of influence extends to a multitude of clients and projects simultaneously. Diversity is key to your day-to-day work, with clients operating in a wide range of sectors such as healthcare, construction and many others.

Following personalised training delivered by our experts, you will be expected to:

Integration & Development

• Design and develop interfaces between different software programmes and platforms.
• Help set up reliable and high-performance data exchange flows.
• Understand business processes in order to propose the most appropriate technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities for automation and the integration of AI into processes.

Data & Performance

• Analyse databases and their performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, performance issues or data quality problems.
• Propose and implement technical optimisations.

Consultancy, Technical Expertise

• Support business consultants and clients in analysing technical issues.
• Translate business requirements into concrete solutions and participate in implementation projects.
• Install and configure our solutions (on-premises and cloud-based).
• Provide technical support for deployed environments and contribute to the continuous improvement of platform architecture and stability.

Must-have:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, ideally in Management Engineering with an interest in IT
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• A keen interest in technology, optimisation, information systems and software integration.
• Knowledge of development (SQL, C#, APIs, Java, Python or other programming languages). Ideally, you will have worked on development projects on the side
• Understanding of, or interest in, databases and data flows.
• Curiosity about business processes and a desire to understand how businesses operate.
• Good interpersonal skills and a passion for customer engagement.
• Team spirit, proactivity, independence and perseverance (when debugging issues)
